I’ve built and scaled a multi-six-figure brick-and-mortar business and spent 6 years as an HR consultant helping business owners across a wide variety of industries and leadership styles streamline operations and build strong, capable teams. I know firsthand the exhaustion, overwhelm, and guilt that come from trying to do it all yourself—and I’ve helped my clients break free from that cycle.
